Jordan joined 3M Company in 2003 as a Financial Analyst focused on M&A and investment transaction valuation. He was promoted to Corporate Development Manager where he had responsibility to manage M&A transaction due diligence and execution for 3M Health Care. In 2007 Jordan’s role was expanded to include 3M Health Care business development and strategy. Currently, Jordan has responsibility for driving growth initiatives in inhalation and transdermal drug delivery platforms for 3M Drug Delivery Systems Division.
Prior to joining 3M, Jordan worked in software development and project management consulting at Fidelity National Information Services. Previously he held positions at Fairview University Medical Center and Morgan Stanley. Periodically Jordan has taught undergraduate courses on business strategy and project management at Concordia University in St. Paul.
Jordan holds BS and MBA degrees from the University of Minnesota’s Carlson School of Management. He is a CFA charterholder and earned the PMP designation in 2003.
