James has more than 20 years experience in public accounting providing audit, tax and consulting services to a variety of industries, including renewable energy, manufacturing, processing, wholesale and retail entities and employee benefit and retirement plans. His SEC experience includes initial registration and ongoing reporting engagements for SEC reporting entities. He serves as the Chair of the Eide Bailly Renewable Energy Committee.
His professional memberships and technical accomplishments include the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, Minnesota Society of Certified Public Accountants, the National Society of Accountants for Cooperatives, North-Central Chapter, past president and current member of national board of directors, and Eide Bailly SEC Committee, Chair Accreditation
James is a Certified Public Accountant in Minnesota, Nebraska, Iowa, Colorado, North Dakota, South Dakota, Kansas, Michigan, Ohio, Missouri and Wisconsin Education
James received his Bachelor of Business Administration, Accounting and Management, from the University of North Dakota, Grand Forks.
